An initial consultation is 60 minutes and includes a comprehensive assessment discussing your health goals, medical history, current medications & supplements, lifestyle, diet and any other information relevant to understanding your needs.

you will receive a comprehensive follow-up email with your personalised nutrition and supplement recommendations, practical strategies, along with nutrition resources to help achieve your health goals.

Ongoing Review Sessions

Review sessions are 30 minutes and an opportunity to check in on your plan, goals and progress. You can expect ongoing support, tools and adjustments as needed to help you achieve your health goals.
