All bookings require full payment upfront to secure your appointment.

Credit Card Policy
Payment is processed after your appointment via Stripe or Apple Pay.
Your card details are securely stored for future transactions.
Insurance & Reimbursement
It is the client’s responsibility to:
Confirm if their insurance covers dietitian services.
Understand how receipts should be submitted for reimbursement.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness to all clients:
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via email.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged 50 percent of the appointment fee.
Cancelled appointments cannot be billed to insurance and will be charged to the credit card on file.
No-Show Policy
A no-show is defined as:
Not attending a scheduled appointment.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late.
Cancelling or rescheduling within six hours of the appointment.
No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee to the credit card on file.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for services already rendered. However, a refund may be provided if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
