Booking and Payment Options

All bookings require full payment upfront to secure your appointment.

We accept the following payment methods for Canadian Clients:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express

  • Apple Pay

  • Secure online payments via Stripe

  • Electronic Transfer

  • Secure online payments via Stripe

  • Direct bank deposit

Credit Card Policy

  • Payment is processed after your appointment via Stripe or Apple Pay.

  • Your card details are securely stored for future transactions.

Insurance & Reimbursement

It is the client’s responsibility to:

  • Confirm if their insurance covers dietitian services.

  • Understand how receipts should be submitted for reimbursement.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness to all clients:

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via email.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged 50 percent of the appointment fee.

  • Cancelled appointments cannot be billed to insurance and will be charged to the credit card on file.

No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as:

  • Not attending a scheduled appointment.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late.

  • Cancelling or rescheduling within six hours of the appointment.

No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee to the credit card on file.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for services already rendered. However, a refund may be provided if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
