Hi, I’m Madison Hows
I’m a Dietitian passionate about women’s health and gut health.
I know from first hand experience how overwhelming the nutrition space can be and how easy it is to get stuck wondering what you should even eat with the various opinions out there.
When working together, I take the guess work out by utilising an evidence - based and non diet approach to health. I aim to focus on building healthy habits to improve overall health and wellbeing rather than a number on the scale.
I also take a holistic approach to health looking at the bigger picture considering nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep habits and your relationship with food to facilitate sustainable change.
Outside of work, I am a passionate yogi, coffee lover and enjoy reading the latest nutrition science.
